A Little Bit About Stephanie

Hey, I’m Stephanie Clairmont, RD, a mom, wife, registered dietitian and an IBS and Low FODMAP diet expert. I was diagnosed with IBS in 2007, handed a pamphlet and sent on my way. After 4 years of suffering with daily symptoms, I had enough. That’s when I decided to use my expertise in nutrition to find a solution.

My focus for the past 5+ years has been supporting and coaching those with IBS, Crohn’s, Colitis, and other digestive health issues to find relief, identify triggers and stay well.

As someone diagnosed with IBS, I know what it’s like to deal with this  PLUS being a fellow FODMAPer, you can trust you’re in the hands of a professional that actually GETS what you’re going through.

Is the content available right away and how long can I access it?

You get access to everything with the Club right away, as soon as you join! We don’t want you to suffer any longer, so giving you immediate access to all classes, recipes, resources, coaching call recordings and support will help you jump in and experience the most efficient results.

New classes and content is released regularly, so as long as you are a member, you will have access to absolutely everything!

Will I get access to Stephanie?

Yes, Stephanie hosts weekly coaching calls to answer all your questions and is in the forum daily to support, answer questions and help out. There are also other registered dietitians and moderators within the community that will help support you, give you feedback and be here when you need a helping hand.

Can I get one-to-one help?

The Beyond FODMAPs Insider’s Club is a community that offers loads of group and individual feedback, advice and support. You can get answers to your unique questions within the forum or pre-submit your questions for the live coaching calls. You can also take advantage of the monthly feedback provided by submitting your food & symptom journals for review. If you need more one-to-one help, you can get a referral to work with one of our expert dietitians.

Also, know that you have the option of pausing your membership if you want to stick around, but the timing just isn’t right. You can manage this all from within your account and don’t even need to contact us. It’s that simple.
