A Little Bit About Stephanie

Hey, I’m Stephanie Clairmont, RD, a mom, wife, registered dietitian and an IBS and Low FODMAP diet expert. I was diagnosed with IBS in 2007, handed a pamphlet and sent on my way. After 4 years of suffering with daily symptoms, I had enough. That’s when I decided to use my expertise in nutrition to find a solution.

My focus for the past 5+ years has been supporting and coaching those with IBS, Crohn’s, Colitis, and other digestive health issues to find relief, identify triggers and stay well.

As someone diagnosed with IBS, I know what it’s like to deal with this  PLUS being a fellow FODMAPer, you can trust you’re in the hands of a professional that actually GETS what you’re going through.
